- This Privacy Policy Statement pertains to Personal Data collected and processed in connection with the Glenair staff text notification program ("the Messaging Program"), operated by Glenair, Inc. ("Glenair," "we," "us"). It applies to Glenair staff located in the United States who enroll in the Messaging Program.

- Personal Data collected by Glenair in other contexts — including via our website, at trade shows, via submitted forms or purchase orders — is governed by the Glenair General Privacy Policy Statement. Personal Data collected via the Glenair Catalog Library App is governed by the Glenair Mobile Application Privacy Policy.

- Glenair International offices maintaining individually controlled web domains are not governed by this Privacy Policy Statement, and the Messaging Program does not operate in those regions.

Personal Data We Collect
In connection with the Messaging Program, we collect and process:
- Mobile telephone number
- Wireless carrier and device type
- Records of consent, including the date, time, method, and the version of the notice presented at enrollment
- Records of opt-out requests and their fulfillment
- Message content, delivery status, timestamps, and error and failure codes
- User identifier, for the purpose of routing messages to the correct recipients

How We Use It
Personal Data collected through the Messaging Program is used solely to:
- Deliver operational and safety notifications to enrolled staff
- Verify and evidence consent as required by applicable law and by wireless carrier requirements
- Diagnose delivery failures and maintain the reliability of the Messaging Program
- Meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations
Personal Data collected through the Messaging Program is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- 3.2
- Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers who support the operation of the Messaging Program — including our messaging platform provider and wireless carriers — solely to deliver messages, provide technical support and maintain the service. These parties are bound by contract to protect the information and may not use it for any other purpose.

- Glenair does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in data.

- You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from the Messaging Program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages thereafter.

- You may also opt out, or ask questions about the Messaging Program, by replying HELP to any message or by contacting helpdesk@glenair.com

- Consent records and opt-out records are retained for 10 years following the end of enrollment, to evidence compliance with applicable law. Message content and delivery logs are retained for 10 years and are then deleted in accordance with Glenair records retention practices.

- Glenair maintains reasonable IT and organizational protections against unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of Personal Data collected through the Messaging Program. Please note that SMS is not an encrypted or secure channel. Glenair does not transmit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or sensitive personal information through the Messaging Program, and staff are directed not to transmit such information in reply.

- California residents have rights regarding their Personal Data under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what Personal Data we collect, the right to request correction or deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Glenair employees should refer to https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa for a full description of these rights and how to exercise them.

- Requests may be submitted to privacy@glenair.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

- This is the current version of this Privacy Policy Statement. It is a dated and controlled document in accordance with Glenair Quality System practices. Changes may be made from time to time due to business considerations or as required by law. Material changes affecting the categories of message you receive will be communicated to enrolled staff before taking effect.
