Glenair offers four connector series engineered in accordance with nuclear industry standards for containment area class 1E. Series SuperNG and Mighty Mouse NG are suitable for use in new plants with the most stringent zone 1E qualification standards. Series ITS-NG and IPT SE-NG are suitable for use in older plants undergoing retrofit or refurbishment.

Our Signature Class 1E SuperNG Nuclear Connector Series is a Double peripheral seal reverse-bayonet quick disconnect series designed to meet the latest, most stringent global Zone 1E qualification standards including those requiring long-term submersion. SuperNG utilizes machined stainless steel shells and polymeric insert materials for maximum resistance to cumulative radiation, thermal, seismic, and pressure for class 1E harsh nuclear environments. Double peripheral seals ensure life-of-system environmental performance.

Our Micro Miniature Mighty Mouse NG (Nuclear-Grade) quick connect series is also a high-pressure nuclear connector series designed to meet the latest, most stringent global Zone 1E qualification standards including those requiring long-term submersion. Unique amongst all available nuclear industry connector families, the Mighty Mouse NG is a reduced form-factor, high-density design fully half the size and weight of most conventional nuclear power plant connector series.
