Glass-to-Metal Seal Hermetic Connectors
Glenair MIL-DTL-5015 type commercial hermetic connectors are ideally suited for applications that require power and signal contacts in a glass sealed hermetic package where exposure to caustic chemicals, moisture ingress, or maintaining vacuum pressure is a concern. This series is available in a wide range of shell sizes and contact layouts that are compatible with all standard environmental MIL-DTL-5015 plug connectors. Glenair makes all its hermetic connectors in-house, including the machining of shells, molding of interfacial seals and firing of hermetic components.
