Glenair Products and Solutions are positioned to support: military standard and commercial connectors and backshells for Mil-Aero applications; composite interconnect connectors and backshells; high-reliability, tactical fiber-optic connectors and cables; ultra-miniature cylindrical and rectangular connectors and accessories including MIL-DTL-83513 and MIL-DTL-32139; EMI/EMP filter connectors; hermetic connectors including qualified MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III and IV. We are also able to supply Glenair one-of-a-kind interconnect solutions including the Series 80 "Mighty Mouse" and the Series 319 Swing-Arm Strain Relief Backshell.

Meet the Team

Paul Winkler
Paul Winkler has over 20 years of successful product development and technical sales experience with over 10 years in interconnect sales and engineering. With a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly-SLO, and a vocational education in manufacturing processes, Paul provides a unique balance of experience and practical knowledge to assist in customer interconnect development and solutions. Paul has extensive experience in connector and backshell, fiber optic, and cable assembly design. Paul lives on the central coast of California in Templeton with his wife, Katie, and son Quincy. Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Paul Haag
Paul Haag has more than 20 years of interconnect product and sales experience. Serving in leadership positions and on the front line, Paul has been directly involved in providing interconnect solutions for customers in the Mil-Aero, Mil-Ground, Mil-Com, Medical, and Industrial markets. Offering a rare blend of product knowledge, creativity, and operational experience Paul has built a solid reputation by delivering solutions. Paul lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, son and daughter. Camping, Fishing, Hiking, and Skiing with his family are among his passions.

Vince Santos
Vince Santos has over 15 years success in business and product development, project/program management, including designing mechanical and electrical interconnect systems for military and aerospace applications. Vince's design experience, creativity and technical ability have allowed him continued success in delivering intelligent, well thought out solutions. Vince's ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations with project/program clientele allows him to develop an understanding of their requirements and future needs and assures that work, build quality and deliverables are accomplished. Vince lives in the Northern Sacramento area with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending his time with his family and watching his daughters play soccer and volleyball. Golfing, boating, snowboarding and camping are some of the outdoor activities he enjoys.
