Matt Tofanelli
Matt has over 25 years of interconnect experience from connectors to wire and cable and heat-shrinkable products. His background includes positions of technical support engineer, sales engineering and sales management. He has a BS from Long Island University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He enjoys fly fishing, soccer and skiing.
Les Ginther
Les has over has over 25 years of interconnect experience. Les calls on accounts in the greater Minneapolis area as well as accounts in North Dakota. Les lives in the Minneapolis area with his wife and two daughters. Umpiring youth softball games, snowmobiling, as well as hiking area State and National Parks are among his interests.
Steve Mausolf
Steve brings almost 20 years of interconnect industry experience. An engineer himself, he possesses an understanding of the engineering culture and how to interface with his customer to best satisfy their needs. Service and results driven, he has built a reputation of being a "hands on problem solver". He is a CSP (Certified Sales Professional) graduate. In his personal time, Steve enjoys fishing, drinking fine wine, entertaining friends, and traveling with his wife.
Doug Quast
Doug Quast brings 25 years of interconnect experience to the industry. Doug joined EMT Engineering Sales in 1999. Prior to joining EMT, Doug worked for 17 years in various design engineering and management positions at Lockheed Martin, including interconnect designs on military computer systems. Doug has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from St. Thomas University. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and two daughters, hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities.
Julie Aldrich
Julie Aldrich has over 20 years of inside sales experience. Julie attended Normandale College and has continued to keep current with technology by taking several continuing education courses over the past several years. In her spare time, Julie enjoys gardening and camping with her family.
Bobbie Hutchins
Bobbie Hutchins has been associated with Glenair for over 10 years as part of the Inside Sales Support team. Previously she was in small business management for 19 years. With her free time she plays league volleyball and enjoys fishing.
Greg James
Having graduated in '97 with an engineering degree, Greg brings 10 years of engineering and sales experience to the table. His focus out of school was manufacturing engineering and gradually migrated over to the sales side of the market. Utilizing his engineering background to assist his customer has proven to be very valuable. Both born and raised in Minnesota, he and his wife, Tanya, and their golden retriever, Lucy, reside just south of Minneapolis. In his off time, he likes to snowmobile and play hockey in the winters and ride his motorcycle and play soccer and golf in the summers. He also spends time providing a foster home and caring for rescued golden retrievers for a local organization.
