MIL-DTL-32139 Qualified Connectors for Mission-Critical Board-to-Wire Applications

Nanominiature connectors are high reliability ultraminiature interconnects intended for critical applications where size and weight restrictions will not allow the use of larger connectors. Typical applications include miniaturized electronics boxes used in UAV's, satellites, missile systems, and geophysical instruments. Contact spacing of 0.025 inches combined with a rugged contact system allow these nano connectors to be used in demanding environments where commercial-grade connectors should not be used. Glenair nanominiature connectors, both commercial and MS QPL versions, are available with accelerated lead-times; many part numbers are stock items available for immediate shipment.

The next step down in size and weight, .025 in. pitch Nanominiature connectors are designed for use in extremely small electronic modules. These connectors meet the performance and intermateability requirements of MIL-DTL-32139. Glenair supplies pigtail versions and PCB versions both with 1 AMP current rating, 70 VAC RMS operating voltage. The product accepts #30 and #32 wire sizes.
