New FAA Rules for Commercial Transport Fuel Tanks

On July 17, 1996, at about 8:30 in the evening, Trans World Airlines Flight 800 (TWA800) crashed into the Atlantic Ocean shortly after taking off from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. All 230 people aboard the airplane were killed.
