![]() ith the completion of the Hardware Division Quality Assurance Procedures Manual, Glenair’s “Series 9000” quality system documentation is now finally ready to roll. Those of you who have been tracking the progress of our ISO 9000 project will recall some of the other exciting milestones which led to realization of this goal, such as the completion of our Design Control Procedures Manual in April. “The revision of the hardware manual was the final step in the documentation process,” says Gary Carr, Hardware Division Quality Manager. “Now we are ready to start bringing all our processes in line with the procedures we set down in the “Series 9000” manuals.” |

Compliance with the quality policies and procedures covered in Glenair’s “Series 9000” documentation suite is mandatory for all Glenair employees in North America, who are also responsible for ensuring that they are performing their assigned tasks using appropriate document revisions. Controlled copies of each of the quality documents shown in the illustration to the right are available for your use and review. Please ask your supervisor, or the individual responsible for quality in your department. |
