Glenair is registered by the United States Department of State to manufacture, export, or temporarily import defense articles and/or provide defense services as described in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act. Likewise, Glenair is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) through D-Trade for online ITAR export license requests. Glenair is also in compliance with the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for export of EAR components. Glenair has implemented a compliance program for export control of technical data, manufacturing processes, materials and inventory, and products designated by our customers as falling under the requirements of ITAR or EAR.
