Our custom multi-contact cable is available with or without extruded or "blown" jacketing, shielding and protective coverings to meet virtually any mechanical, environmental or electromagnetic interference requirement.

Key Features and Benefits

The flexibility and size of our cable production facility, which includes planetary stranders, wire and cable braiding machines, and thermal plastic extruders, allows for both short, one-time runs as well as unlimited quantities and lengths. Braided shielding is available in tin-plated copper, nickel-plated copper and tin-plated iron/copper (SnCuFe). Protective coverings, such as black dacron and jacketings made from Neoprene (Polychloroprene) and Hypalon (Chlorosulfonated polyethylene) provide additional mechanical, EMI/EMP and environmental protection.
