Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals

For parts we make and sell, we comply with the Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals requirements cited in DFARS 252.225-7009 (formerly DFARS 252.225-7014, as modified by Alternate 1, Deviation 2008-O0002) that, additionally, are required to meet US Military Specifications, Federal Specifications, or ASTM (or other industry) Specifications. Glenair vendors certify (and are audited) to adherence with these requirements with each purchase order fulfilled.
Glenair parts are in compliance with in DFARS 252.225-7009, "Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals."
Past Glenair product is also in compliance with previous Specialty Metals Restriction versions such as DFARS 252.225-7014.
