Glenair supplies Nano Miniature Connectors utilizing the Glenair TwistPin Contact System. The entire line of Mil-Dtl-32139 .025" pitch connectors is equipped with Glenair TwistPin contacts for superior shock and vibration performance. The product line includes 15, 37, and 51 contact versions available as pre-wired pigtails and in surface mount and right angle configurations. Custom packaging—including titanium shells and special mounting hardware—is available.
Glenair's Nano Miniature Connector is ideal for applications where space, weight and reliability are critical. Our Nano connector system exceeds the shock and vibration demands of missile lift-off and the long term vibration requirements of commercial aircraft. Other commercial uses

TwistPin Contact System:
Not all Nano Miniature Connectors are created equally. Glenair's Ultraminiature TwistPin Contact System provides superior shock and vibration performance. It also provides for a superior wire attachment compared to stamped contacts, which translates to higher current ratings and lower circuit resistance. Pin contacts feature a unique low-force, rugged spring pin. Both pins and sockets are fabricated from gold metal alloy.
